Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These facilities are for member use only.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months.
Policies and Rules
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- No smoking allowed.
Pet Policy
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Note: The owners' cat has been on the property. Cats are not allowed for rentals.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood for the firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You will receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee per stay in order to maintain the amenities.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. Winery hours: Thursday & Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday 1pm-7pm. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking and Vehicle Information
- Free parking is available. 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Hair dryers are provided. Towels and linens will be provided.
Community Amenities
- While enjoying your stay at Stillness Springs, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 Dollar General concept store
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
- Vineyard: Food and Wine served

- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
